Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the camp, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service.

- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage camp resources, including inventory, equipment, and supplies.
- Implement and oversee camp policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability practices.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the luxury lodge industry, with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and financial reports.
- Knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a remote and challenging environment.
