We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join a prestigious hotel and create unforgettable culinary experiences for our valued guests.
As an Executive Chef, you will demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and a creative approach to producing high-quality food. Your strong business acumen and excellent communication skills will be instrumental in managing the hotel kitchen and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Executive Chef or high-performing Sous Chef in a first-class property
Excellent leadership skills to inspire and motivate the kitchen team
A passion for delivering exceptional food and ensuring the highest culinary standards
Strong organisational and planning abilities
Knowledge of hygiene practices, including HACCP
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Fluent in both English and French (perfectly bilingual)
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive net salary of 5290 US dollars per month
Spacious 2-bedroom apartment provided for accommodation

Home leave ticket (economic class) for the employee and authorised dependents (spouse and children)

Rest & Relaxation: 7 days with one flight ticket for the employee and three dependents
Educational support: 80% of tuition fees for up to 2 dependent children (aged 4-17 years)
Relocation assistance: Limit of 500 kg for personal effects by sea/air freight
Excess luggage allowance: 50 kg (relocation only)
Medical cover: 80% coverage
