Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for an exceptional Guest Liaisons Officer for one of the leading 5* Hotels in Cape Town. We are looking for a team player who is hard working and dedicated to customer satisfaction.  They need to be focused and highly adaptable to the guests wants and needs and be able to assist with any requests throughout the entirety of their stay. The role will include attending to guests requests, booking flights, taxis, restaurants; courtesy calls, wake-up calls etc.

The following requirements are needed:

Grade 12
A hospitality qualification
At least 2 years experience in a 5* establishment within a similar role
Computer literate – MS Office
Opera knowledge
Well-presented and well-spoken
International travel experience
Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans, any additional languages is highly advantageous.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Salary is market related and highly compeitive. Benefits include contribution to medical aid, pension fund, annual bonus, uniform and a meal on duty.
