Kendrick Recruitment is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Spa Manager at a prestigious luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team and contribute to the exceptional spa experiences offered to our guests.

Location: Stellenbosch
Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase spa revenue.
• Provide support and guidance to spa staff, ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service are maintained.
• Assist in conducting staff training sessions and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of spa services with overall estate operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury spa environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for the wellness industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Relevant qualification in spa management or a related field preferred.
