Kendrick Recruitment – Position Available: Assistant Lodge Manager/ Duty Manager based in the Welgevonden Private Game Reserve, Vaalwater, Limpopo.

Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a dynamic Assistant Lodge Manager/ Duty Manager to join our team. If you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar 5-star lodge management role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day lodge operations in the absence of the Resident Lodge Manager
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through innovative and creative initiatives
  • Manage, train, and motivate staff while driving hospitality to new heights
  • Build strong relationships with staff, guests, and industry partners
  • Implement quality standards and adhere to company practices

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Proven track record in Front of House & F&B management
  • Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable
  • Knowledge of OPERA Systems or similar PMS system
  • Computer literate with financial skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and difficult situations
  • Attention to detail and self-motivation

Salary and Benefits:
