🔍 Position: Assistant GM / Relief Manager
🌍 Location: Luxury Lodge, Tanzania
💼 Salary: USD 2,000 – USD 4,000 NETT per month
What You’ll Do:
Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the lodge
Step into the GM role as needed, providing seamless leadership and management
Oversee guest services, ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience
Manage staff, coordinate activities, and handle administrative tasks
Ensure smooth operation and high standards of the lodge, from guest interactions to logistical details
What You Need:
Hospitality Degree: Essential for understanding and managing high standards in luxury service
Experience in the Bush: Proven track record in remote, luxury lodge settings
Leadership Skills: Ability to step into the GM role and lead a small, dedicated team
Single Accommodation: Preference for a single candidate due to on-site living arrangements
