Salary: R21,200 CTC
As the Front Office Assistant Manager, you’ll lead the Front Office and Guest Service team to ensure top-notch service and maximum guest satisfaction. You will assist the General Manager in the smooth and efficient running of hotel operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and Inspire: Motivate your team to deliver exceptional service.
- Guest Relations: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a smile.
- Administration: Manage reports, budgets, and ensure data accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Resolve guest complaints swiftly and professionally.
- Training: Coach and develop your team to reach their full potential.
- Coordination: Work seamlessly with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
- Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Opera PMS
- Tertiary qualification in hospitality (advantageous)
- Proven experience in front office management in a luxury hotel
