About the Role:

As the Assistant Floor Manager, you will be the backbone of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Team Support: Assist the Floor Manager in supervising and training staff, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
• Customer Service: Ensure that guests receive top-notch service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Operational Management: Help oversee daily operations, from opening to closing, ensuring all standards are met.
• POS Management: Utilize the Platinum POS system effectively, ensuring accurate transactions and reporting.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role is essential.
• Familiarity with the Platinum POS system is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a busy setting.
