Agent Sales Coordinator
Location: Cape Town
Salary: R18,500 Negotiable DOE
The Agent Sales Coordinator will handle the administrative aspects of agent sales with the safari lodge group and 3rd-party suppliers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support the team at every stage of the booking process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from confirmation to reconfirmation!
Collaborate with Sales Consultants to manage administrative and operational tasks related to agent bookings.
Confirm services as per internal procedures once agents confirm bookings.
Check invoices to ensure they match costs in the quote system and flag any discrepancies.
Work closely with the Finance Team to allocate deposits efficiently.
Reconfirm bookings prior to travel, checking dietary requirements and room allocations.
Update systems with booking references and timings during the reconfirmation stage.
Proactively support colleagues during peak times and staff absences.
Stay on top of operating procedures and product knowledge, including training and research.
Help increase sales performance and contribute to departmental goals.
Assist with project work as required.
Excellent communication skills with both colleagues and external suppliers.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in sales administration or a similar role.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Competitive salary: R18,500 Negotiable DOE.
