💰 Salary: R13,000 – R15,000 (Basic)

🍴 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional F&B service, ensuring a memorable dining experience
🍷 Wine & Beverage Service: Strong knowledge of wines & pairing, conducting tastings & presentations
📊 Stock & Budget Control: Maintain bar & cellar stocks, manage operational equipment & budgets
📈 Service Standards: Uphold high standards of F&B service across all dining areas
👨👩👧👦 Team Leadership: Supervise staff, manage leave schedules & train team members
🛡️ Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with company & department health & safety standards
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role
✔ Relevant certificate/diploma in hospitality/F&B
✔ Excellent communication & ability to upsell beverages & wines
✔ Strong wine knowledge & ability to educate staff & guests
✔ Experience with stock control & inventory management
✔ Valid driver’s licence
✔ Energetic, adaptable, & guest-focused
