π Location: Waterberg, South Africa
π° Salary: R36,000 β R42,000 (DOE)
π‘ Package: Live-in position with full board + Medical Aid & Provident Fund contributions
π Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off

π¨βπ³ Lead & inspire a top-tier culinary team to deliver world-class cuisine
π Plan & direct food preparation and kitchen operations
π½ Design innovative, high-quality menus that align with the lodgeβs luxury standards
π° Manage food costs, stock control & kitchen budgets

Oversee staff scheduling, training & performance management
βοΈ Maintain strict hygiene, health & safety standards
π Conduct monthly stock takes & financial reporting

Proven experience as an Executive/Head Chef in a luxury lodge, fine dining restaurant, or 5-star hospitality setting

Strong leadership & mentoring skills to develop a high-performing team

Creative, innovative & passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences

Excellent understanding of food costing, procurement & kitchen admin

Strong knowledge of health & safety, hygiene & food regulations
β
A hands-on chef who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
