Key Responsibilities:
💆♀️ Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the spa
💆♂️ Demonstrate and maintain high service standards
💆♀️ Mentor and motivate the spa team to ensure top performance
💆♂️ Drive revenue and sales, ensuring financial goals are met
💆♀️ Manage spa operating budget and analyse financial statements
💆♂️ Ensure smooth communication across all departments
The Ideal Candidate:
✨ Holds a relevant two-year accredited health & skincare qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP)
✨ Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role within the spa or wellness industry
✨ Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
✨ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✨ A confident team player with excellent leadership capabilities
✨ Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
✨ Owns reliable transport
