Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Handle guest enquiries promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information about the hotel and local attractions.
Manage bookings, reservations, and room allocations using the hotel’s system.
Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Address guest concerns and complaints with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar front-of-house role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in reservation systems and office software is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
