Key Responsibilities
Maintain High Standards: Ensure all lodge equipment, rooms, and infrastructure are in excellent working condition, adhering to 5-star maintenance standards.
Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime and maintain seamless operations.
Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations, providing timely and effective maintenance support.
Scheduled Maintenance: Perform regular checks and preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns and enhance lodge longevity.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience working within a 5-star lodge or luxury hotel environment is essential.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in maintenance disciplines such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general lodge repairs.
Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: A hands-on, problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification: A trade test or relevant certifications in electrical work or maintenance is highly desirable.
