A luxury lodge in the Kalahari is seeking a passionate and skilled Anchor / Rooms Division Manager to oversee operations and lead the housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Oversee a team of 5 Duty Managers, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service.
Housekeeping Oversight: Manage the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
Operational Excellence: Ensure all rooms and lodge areas are impeccably maintained, upholding luxury standards at all times.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Training & Development: Mentor and coach staff for performance excellence and career growth.
Requirements:
Experience: Senior role requiring proven experience in luxury lodge or hotel management.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and manage teams with confidence and professionalism.
Attention to Detail: Ensure that all aspects of the rooms division run seamlessly, with meticulous attention to detail.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinker who can resolve any operational issues efficiently.
Guest Focused: Passionate about delivering top-tier service and creating memorable guest experiences.
The Package
Salary: R15,000 – R18,000 (live-in position).
Accommodation: Provided as part of the role.
Location: Work in one of the most stunning and remote locations in the Kalahari.
