What Youβll Do:
Lead and Manage the Restaurant Team: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding guest service.
Guest Relations: Provide a high-touch service experience for guests, ensuring their visit is nothing short of exceptional. Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
Ensure Quality Standards: Oversee the quality of food and beverages, ensuring every dish is served at its finest and the wine list is perfectly paired with the menu.
Stock & Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and cost-effectively.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, financial targets, and restaurant performance, adjusting operations as needed to drive profitability.
Event Management: Oversee private events, functions, and tastings, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and delivers the ultimate luxury experience.
Work Closely with the Executive Chef and Winery: Collaborate with the kitchen and wine team to ensure harmonious service and enhance the overall dining experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven Restaurant Management experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or wine estate.
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in training and developing staff.
Immaculate guest service skills and an excellent ability to create memorable experiences.
Knowledge of wine pairings and an appreciation for high-quality cuisine.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Financial acumen to monitor and improve operational budgets and performance.
