Your Mission

As the Wildlife Reserve Manager, you’ll:
🦁 Oversee the security, maintenance, and administration of the reserve.
🌍 Manage and monitor the ecosystem in line with conservation policies.
🔧 Handle infrastructure maintenance, including fencing, welding, plumbing, and more.
👥 Lead human resources operations, ensuring a cohesive and effective team.
🔒 Maintain a secure and thriving wildlife area, protecting its incredible biodiversity.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a conservation-related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a management role within conservation.
• Skills: Proficient in firearm handling, maintenance tasks, and ecosystem management.
• Attributes: Physically fit, professional, reliable, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus!
• Licence: Valid driver’s licence and PDP.
• Citizenship: Must be a Namibian Citizen or hold Permanent Residency.
• Clearance: Recent police clearance/code of conduct certificates are essential.

Salary & Benefits

💰 Salary: N$35,000 – N$55,000 CTC (negotiable based on experience).
