What We’re Looking For:
👫 Husband & Wife Team – You and your partner will be the heartbeat of the lodge!
🏆 Lodge Management Experience – Previous experience managing a 5-star lodge in Namibia, Botswana, or South Africa is essential, with knowledge of desert landscapes and international guest relations.
🌾 Kalahari Desert Expertise – Knowledge of the unique environment, vegetation, and local wildlife will set you apart.
🎯 PH Experience – If one of you has Professional Hunter (PH) experience, that’s a huge bonus!
🚜 Farm Management Skills – Previous experience in general farm maintenance and cattle management would be beneficial.
📚 Home Schooling Friendly – If you have kids, they’ll need to be home-schooled, so make sure that’s part of your family’s plan!
