Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Key Account Manager for an exclusive role in Hoedspruit. This office-based position requires a skilled professional with a strong background in administration, operations, and client relationship management to support B2B clients in the lodge and retail sectors.
Position Overview: As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing B2B client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, order management, and operational support in collaboration with the Senior Key Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for selected B2B lodge partners, providing assistance, updates, and addressing client concerns
Process and approve sales orders, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
Send client quotes, manage payments, and track the progression and delivery of orders
Coordinate the distribution of products with the admin and stores team
Support on-site visits to retail clients as required
Essential Requirements:
Education: Matric (minimum); tertiary qualification preferred
Experience: Hospitality, tourism, or retail experience is advantageous
Skills:
Strong administrative, time management, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong financial acumen and cost-control experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer service-oriented with the ability to build solid client relationships
Other Requirements:
South African citizen or valid work permit holder
Valid driver’s license and own transport
Bonus: Interest in African design/interiors and working knowledge of Canva
Salary: R18,000 – R20,000 Gross (based on experience)
