Position: Duty Manager Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal Salary: R10,000 – R13,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience.
• Coordinate with various departments to maintain high service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in managing staff, providing guidance and support where needed.
• Collaborate with management to implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures.
