Experience and Skills:
Previous luxury reservations experience.
Detailed knowledge of luxury products and suppliers.
Bonus: Previous safari experience.
Established network in the sector.
Proven track record of precision and relationship management.
Team player with a sense of fun.
Excellent relationship-building and tech skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage B2B booking enquiries.
Convert leads from relevant agents and DMCs.
Communicate with operations and marketing teams.
Be the point of contact during guests’ travels.
Follow due reservations processes.
Work with suppliers for smooth operations.
Attend trade shows and functions.
Suggest travel options, book tickets, and manage financial aspects.
Promote different services and build relationships with key agents.
