*Requirements:*
– 3 to 5 years’ hands-on F&B experience
– Tertiary qualification advantageous
– Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
– Basic financial understanding
– Banqueting & Conferencing experience
– Excellent attention to detail
– Good computer skills in MS Office
– Working knowledge of POS, Stock & PMS systems (OPERA, Micros)
– Valid RSA Driver’s license
– Excellent track record in previous roles
*Responsibilities:*
– Development & Implementation of F&B Procedures
– Equipment and Stock control
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
– Respond to client inquiries and/or complaints
