Requirements:
3 years minimum in HR for a 5* Bush Lodge
A diploma in HR or a related field
Be an accurate individual and have fantastic attention to detail
Be reliable and discreet
Must have good communication skills – written and verbal
Must have previous experience in an HR role or HR practices
Fantastic understanding of an HR role, duties and people management
Computer literate – especially MS Work, Excel and Sage VIP
Strong administration and organisational skills
Basic knowledge and experience of housekeeping, staff rostering and management
