Kendrick Recruitment are now urgently seeking a young, energetic, talented and innovative Head Chef for a very busy fine-dining Restaurant in George.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader who is passionate about creating exceptional cuisine with the highest standards in mind.
The restuarant has a stylish yet causal vibe, so the successful candidate would be a young, energetic Head Chef who has extensive leadership experience & works well within a team. The Head Chef is also responsible for development & uplifting of training & Management of kitchen.
Requirements of the position:
Must have previous Head Chef experience in a 5* hotel kitchen or similar environment
Excellent communication, organisational and management skills
Recognised culinary qualifications (preferred)
Must be able to supervise & train the kitchen staff
Must be hard working, motivated and dedicated
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must be motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
Must be a team player, with a positive attitude
Must be well groomed, friendly and presentable
Must have a stable work history with excellent references (essential)
Salary Package: Based on experience.
