Kendrick Recruitment are looking for a Villa Manager with remote island experience for a 5* Luxury Island located in Mozambique.


  • Minimum 3 years experience in a management role in a luxury hospitality property.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality and event management with detailed knowledge of hotel operations and private home services – e.g. food & beverage, rooms/facilities management, the front of house or concierge operations, villa/butler services.
  • Medical response, first aid certification preferred or willing to learn.
  • Budget management; financial reporting and controls experience.
  • Professional certification in general hospitality or specific disciplines e.g. Front of House, Villa Management, Butler Services, F&B desirable.
