Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for a Restaurant Manager for a luxury establishment situated on a beautiful estate in the picturesque Franschhoek.
We are looking for a strong player in the restaurant game in Cape Town (finger on the pulse), with a deep passion for hospitality. You must have the ability to take the Food & Beverage staff to the next level and have a keen eye for attention to detail.
You will be in command of building the waiting staff skills (training) to that of a five-star quality and taking the restaurant into to the top in terms of awards and reputation. A passion and drive to succeed and be the best is a must to suit this role. We need a strong individual to for this position who is a strong and passionate leader.
Must have:
• Previous experience in a 5* establishment
